RubberMill now offers water jet cutting as a service to our customers. Materials that are difficult to die cut such as aluminum, glass, steel, and thick rubbers and plastics can be water jet cut to tight tolerances. Material up to 6” thick can be cut.

This cutting method is ideal for low volume or prototyping requirements. It is also beneficial when faster turn around is necessary, or initial production parts are required while tooling is being built. Cutting is done by computer so orders can be processed as soon as a CAD file is imported.
