- Die Cutting
- Dieless Cutting
- Rotary/Kiss Cutting
- Slitting
- Ultrasonic Cutting
- Waterjet Cutting
Die Cutting

Die Cutting
Precision dies cut material to shape with high accuracy. We also offer in-house steel rule die-making. Precision laser cut steel rule dies cut material to shape from small thumb sized parts to custom pads up to 60” wide and 90” long.
Dieless Cutting

Dieless Cutting
Recommended for prototypes and low-volume parts fabricated from non-metallic materials. Customer-supplied CAD files ensure quick turnaround and fabricating accuracy, helping to reduce costs and lead times. Perfect for prototypes and low-volume production parts fabricated from nonmetallic materials. Customer supplied CAD files when available can be used for fabricating accuracy and to help reduce costs and lead times. RubberMill can also help with dieless layouts from customer drawings as part of set up and sampling.
Rotary/Kiss Cutting

Rotary/Kiss Cutting
Provides rapid production for moderate to high volume runs.
Slitting

Slitting
Compatible with materials up to 52 in. wide. We can convert rolls to various thicknesses and widths. Plunge or log slitting of rolled materials up to 1.0: thick and up to 60” wide to smaller widths for stripping and sealing applications. RubberMill can add Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA) or build composites to meet customer requirements.
Ultrasonic Cutting

Ultrasonic Cutting
An ideal solution for preventing fraying in polymeric materials that require sealed edges.
Waterjet Cutting

Waterjet Cutting
A precision cutting method for any material, and used for prototypes and low-volume orders. A precision cutting method that RubberMill uses for cutting solid elastomers too thick for die cutting or dieless cutting.
Lamination Services
At RubberMill, we have a variety of cutting equipment and capabilities to meet our customers’ requirements. These include:
Outsourcing lamination projects offers a fast and easy way for businesses to save considerable time and money in their manufacturing processes without compromising on material quality or functionality. RubberMill’s OEM contract lamination services can be used to produce high-quality materials for many different applications such as acoustics, appliances, automotive, construction, and thermal insulation among others.
Our advanced pressurized flatbed laminating technology has zoned pressure, heating, and cooling to create custom constructions from solid and cellular polymeric materials, nonwovens, scrims, films, foils, fabrics and PSA. We can also reduce high-loft materials into high density substrates and create pre-preg composites.
As part of our double belt press laminating capabilities, RubberMill offers top-of-the-line contract and lamination services that include:
- Precision lamination of film, scrim, fabric & foil facings up to 70” wide.
- Consolidating, Ironing
- Edge trim and cross cutting for roll to sheet conversions
- Post lamination fabrication (die cut and assembly)
-
The Benefits of Our Laminating Services
Our state-of-the-art belt press produces a variety of products and finished materials efficiently. Here are some of the reasons we prefer this machine over other options:
- Incoming material thicknesses up to 4” and widths up to 70”.
- Edge trim and cut to length capabilities.
- Custom pressure, thermal and speed controls.
- Integrated Inspection software for quality control.
-
Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA)
As a value-added service, RubberMill also offers pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) application. We can apply either acrylic-based or rubber-based PSA transfer systems to most rubber, sponge, and fiber materials, depending on customer needs. We also keep acrylic-based and rubber-based PSAs in stock for applications requiring a peel-and-stick gasket or pad, and can apply PSA to one or both sides of rolled or sheet material up to 60 inches wide.
Custom Molded Rubber
From our beginnings, RubberMill has supplied custom molded rubber parts to meet requirements based on customer supplied drawings and CAD files. We have developed partnerships and relationships that have been in place for decades and allow our customers to confidentially build tools and source parts internationally. From a couple hundred parts at a time to requirements in the millions, you can count on RubberMill to supply the parts you need when you need them.
