RubberMill stocks several types of nonwovens or works with our partners to source the right product for your application. High loft/low-melt polyester, FR cotton and poly shoddy, needled felts, and lightweight scrims. We also build unique constructions by laminating and fabricating these products to your specifications.
Solid & Sponge Rubber
We have in-house capability to perform a wide range of cutting methods on all kinds of non-metallic materials. We respond quickly to provide manufacturers with custom parts, at a volume and price that meets their unique needs.
Foam
RubberMill fabricates all types of open cell and closed cell sheet and roll foam for our customers. We can add pressure sensitive adhesives and die cut parts or make slit rolls from polyurethane, polyethylene, and a variety of rubbers.
Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA)
Rubber and acrylic based pressure sensitive adhesive transfer systems can be applied to all of our materials. We also offer acrylic and rubber based, double coated or unsupported (free film) pressure sensitive products.
Ceramic Paper Fiber
RubberMill’s R57940 is a lightweight, washed ceramic paper that has the following features: structural uniformity, low thermal conductivity, chemical corrosion and thermal shock resistance.
