RubberMill’s cross-linked polyethylene foam is a closed cell, smooth skin foam that is widely used in HVAC, appliance, construction, packaging, automotive, and OEM industries. The foam is nontoxic, and has low water absorption and vapor transmission properties. Additionally, it has excellent chemical resistance and thermal insulation properties. PE foams are available in densities ranging from 2 lb/ft3 to 20 lb/ft3 in different colors. RubberMill stocks 2 lb/ft3 charcoal and white in 1/8″ and 1/4″ thicknesses. We can quote any density, color or thickness to meet your specification.
