FibraMat™FibraMat™ is a durable, non-hazardous, nonwoven synthetic fiber product manufactured as a worker and consumer-friendly alternative to fiberglass. Its unique manufacturing process allows it to be engineered to meet a wide variety of requirements. It is an excellent thermal and acoustical insulator, and it is also very effective as polyiso foam gasketing.

A Non-hazardous, Nonwoven Alternative to Fiberglass

FibraMat™ is a UL Recognized Component to 94-HF1 and passes MVSS 302 test for flammability. It is 100% recyclable, hypoallergenic, mold and mildew resistant and has no noticeable odor. In addition, it is non-absorbent and will not deteriorate or lose dimensional stability when exposed to moisture. It can be laminated with films, scrims, foils, fabrics and pressure sensitive adhesives.

FibraMat™ Components made from FibraMat™ are ideal for OEM manufacturing and assembly facilities. It is environmentally friendly and does not require the use of respirators, protective clothing or other safety precautions associated with the exposure to fiberglass.
