Appliances

Our appliance insulation is used to prevent excessive noise and heat buildup and is essential for creating comfortable and safe environments. Our acoustic insulation products can be built into the appliance itself, or installed around or behind an appliance to provide significant sound reduction.

HVAC

Our non-metallic components are used in various HVAC-related applications. Die cut seals and gaskets are used in component-to-component seals, air conditioning, heaters/heating units, and air handlers. We also fabricate non-fiberglass acoustic insulation for HVAC systems. HVAC systems produce noise that easily travels through ductwork into a building’s rooms when adequate acoustic insulation products are not installed. Natural fiber liners are a popular solution for insulating HVAC sheet metal. Our Acoustical FibraMat™ Blends are made from a combination of both natural and synthetic recycled fibers. As a safe alternative to fiberglass, this product is ideal for manufacturing environments because no protective clothing or respirators are required to handle it. We also develop custom insulation, sealing, and NVH materials, as well as virtually any type of sponge, foam, or solid sheet acoustical insulation product.
