FibraMat™ Thermal and Acoustic Insulation
RubberMill’s FibraMat™ thermal and acoustic insulations are durable, non-hazardous, nonwoven synthetic fiber products that are a popular alternative to fiberglass for appliance applications. They can be engineered in a range of sizes, thicknesses, and densities, allowing them to be fabricated to meet specific requirements. They offer dimensional stability, abrasion resistance, moisture resistance, and mildew resistance while passing the UL94 HF1 test for flammability.
FibraMat™is odor-free, hypoallergenic, and fully recyclable, making it worker, consumer, and environmentally friendly. It can also be laminated with foils, films, fabrics, scrims, and pressure-sensitive adhesives.
